Chinese leader Xi Jinping arrived in Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday in a political boost for Putin after the International Criminal Court charged him with war crimes in Ukraine. The Chinese government gave no details of what Xi hoped to accomplish in his visit.
