Zimbabwe police on Saturday blocked former Home Affairs Minister Dumiso Dabengwa, members of his Zapu party, activists affiliated to iBhetshu Lika Zulu and Mthwakazi Republic Party from conducting a memorial service of victims of Gukurahundi atrocities at Bhalagwe where some bodies were dumped.
